There are so many intimissimi ... but the professionalism, availability and courtesy of Stefania and all the other assistants of the shop in Via Po are unparalleled !!! Really exceptional, very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some pretty styles but shop employees lied about the materials of a few things we purchased (said things were silk or cotton when they were not) so make sure to double check.
When we got to our hotel in the evening, we saw the materials were not silk or cotton. We tried to return a few of the items to another intimissimi store the next day and they refused to accept the return so make sure you’re happy with your purchases before you leave the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude staff and bad experience. We went here today to find some underwear, no one even said “hello” when we came in and we felt like we really annoyed the workers here asking for the right size of a bra. She barely looked if they were the size left when we asked for the most common one. I highly doubt they were out of this size she just did not want to waste her time searching. Really disappointed, we got out because we really felt unwanted here.
