★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La maleducazione del personale in questa banca da anni rasenta la follia. Non entro mai per non rovinarmi la giornata ma anche oggi l'ennesima personcina presuntuosa e maleducata.
Ma poi nel 2021 non si posso depositare soldi su un conto di un terzo allo sportello.
Intesa è veramente grande solo per potere s non per meriti.
Vergogna.
 The rudeness of the staff at this bank has been bordering on madness for years. I never go in so as not to ruin my day but even today yet another presumptuous and rude person.
But then in 2021 you cannot deposit money into a third party account at the counter.
Understanding is truly great only for power s not for merit.
Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io dico già non fate niente tutto il giorno( se non attendere un cristiano che entra a chiedere informazioni) uno entra gentilmente per chiedere un informazione e rispondete in modo arrogante e scocciato complimenti ricordatevi che siamo sempre dei clienti vergogna! Soprattutto alla signora con i capelli ramati i miei complimenti per la cortesia sotto zero. Spero che qualcuno prima o poi possa fare un richiamo a queste che si sentono padrone del mondo dietro uno sportello se non avete più voglia di lavorare state a casa e lasciate il posto a giovani che hanno voglia di lavorare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho apprezzato molto l'ambiente creato nella zona di attesa, da un lato un'area dove poter lavorare al pc, con prese elettriche e USB, affinché i minuti di attesa non siano tempo perso, dall'altro dei comodi divanetti dove sfogliare libri messi a disposizione. Inoltre sono positivamente colpita dall'efficienza e gentilezza degli impiegati agli sportelli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La filiale dovrebbe chiudere alle 16.55, alle 16.49 io e un'altra persona (che tra l'altro aveva appena avuto problemi con il bancomat) facciamo per entrare e veniamo sbattute fuori in malomodo anche se non c'era nessun'altra persona in coda. Ho corso per arrivare in tempo e non è servito. Se volete chiudere alle 16.45 cambiate orario.
The branch should close at 4.55pm, at 4.49pm me and another person (who had just had problems with the ATM) go in and get thrown out in a bad way even though there was no other person in the queue . I ran to get there on time and it didn't help. If you want to close at 4.45pm, change the hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 31 marzo 2022 avevo un appuntamento in banca, preso sempre in banca con la stessa persona Francesco T. più di una settimana per la data odierna alle 14:45. Quando arrivò, puntualissimo, per l’appuntamento scopro che la rispettiva persona non c’è, e che non viene tutto il pomeriggio. E scopro con stupore da una sua collega che nemmeno non è stato notato questo appuntamento in modo ufficiale sul loro pc. Come se non esistesse per loro questo appuntamento!! Chi sa spiegare che tipo di atteggiamento è questo da una persona impiegata in una banca a quale sei cliente di tanti anni???!!!
Ps. Anche l’altra volta, quando ho preso l’appuntamento ho dovuto aspettare quasi un ora oltre l’ora fissata per l’appuntamento. Purtroppo-Che vergogna!!!!

Ps. Also last time, when I made the appointment I had to wait almost an hour beyond the time set for the appointment. Unfortunately-What a shame !!!!
