★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è molto grande ma gli sportelli operativi pochi. Molte operazioni, ad esempio il deposito di contanti o assegni su conto corrente vanno effettuati tramite casse automatiche. Personale non molto disponibile. I bancomat posti all'ingresso ed accessibili 24/24 non sono sorvegliati adeguatamente e sono facile preda di Skinner (controllate bene dove inserite la carta bancomat).
 The structure is very large but the operational counters are few. Many operations, for example the deposit of cash or checks on a current account must be made through automatic tellers. Staff not very helpful. ATMs placed at the entrance and accessible 24/24 are not adequately supervised and are easy prey for Skinner (check carefully where you insert the ATM card).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno scandalo , una vergogna , io e mia moglie due professionisti , Direttore e Manager che provano ad aprire un conto corrente intestato a mia moglie , il Direttore , o almeno così si fa chiamare un certo Antonio Calo’ ha replicato : non apriamo conti al popolo Ucraino . Direttore o chiunque lei rappresenti ; si metta vergogna di quello che ha detto , i soldi che avremo voluto depositare sarebbero bastati per aprire le porte di qualsiasi banca ma metterla sulla politica è stato ridicolo, imbarazzante per gli impiegati della banca che hanno ascoltato come il direttore rifiutava di aprire il conto a mia moglie Ucraina che guadagna il triplo di un Direttore di Banca . Siete una vergogna ed ora questa storia verrà pubblicata su tutti i social .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ampio spazio, buona la consulenza su appuntamento ma è rimasta una sola cassa e c'è sempre attesa non meno di mezz'ora. Nonostante il numero per la cassa che si ritira all'ingresso, bisogna stare attenti alle persone che approfittano della distrazione per inserirsi in un turno diverso.
Mi reco in sede solo per i pagamenti che non si possono effettuare diversamente sennò per tutte le altre operazioni utilizzo il sito.
