★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile comunicare con loro, assolutamente assurdo che una banca non risponda mai ed una voce elettronica ti dica di lasciare un messaggio nella segreteria telefonica.
Impossible to communicate with them, absolutely absurd that a bank never answers and an electronic voice tells you to leave a message on the answering machine.

Da quando UBI è stata assorbita da ISP, son passato da una banca al TOP come assistenza cliente ad una in cui vieni semplicemente ignorato e spennato per le spese di conto/bonifici/ricariche
They NEVER answer the phone, I have never found such a useless bank
Since UBI was absorbed by ISP, I have gone from a bank to the TOP in customer service to one where you are simply ignored and plucked for account fees / transfers / top-ups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente - Mi serve documento urgente - Non rispondono al telefono avrò fatto 20 telefonate distribuite nel mattino - In questo periodo (Covid) evitare che le persone accedano alla filiale quando possibile dovrebbe essere un attenzione particolare.
Poor service - I need urgent document - They don't answer the phone I will have made 20 calls distributed in the morning - During this period (Covid) avoiding people accessing the branch whenever possible should be special attention.

Il nuovo filiale ci tratta veramente male ignorando tutte le comunicazioni e richieste.
Prima o poi cambierò la banca.
I am so sorry that you merged with Intesa which you sent us to another branch.
The new branch treats us really badly by ignoring all communications and requests.
Sooner or later I'll change the bank.

I urgently needed to speak to an operator, called both on a personal number provided by him and the number of the office, never an ANSWER. I BELIEVE I MADE A HUNDRED OF CALLS .. embarrassing customer service
