★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio totalmente deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. È l'ombra della filiale di diversi anni fa. Non si riesce a contattare nessuno perché non rispondono mai, neanche quando bisogna per forza di cose prendere un appuntamento. È una situazione che dura da lunghissimo tempo. Atteggiamento veramente sconfortante che penalizza la clientela e crea un danno d'immagine all'Istituto.
Totally disappointing service in every respect. It is the shadow of the branch from several years ago. You can't contact anyone because they never answer, even when you have to make an appointment. It is a situation that has lasted for a very long time. A truly disheartening attitude that penalizes customers and creates damage to the Institute's image.
