Regna il Menefreghismo e l'Incompetenza!
In piú posizione scomoda, in quanto area solo pedonale, con difficoltà di parcheggiare una vettura nelle vicinanze

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risponde sempre la segreteria....ma quando senti che rispondono...mettono giù. 16 chiamate solo stamattina....la 17esima hanno alzato e riattaccato. Servizio pessimo con i clienti.
The answering machine always answers .... but when you hear them answer ... they put it down. 16 calls only this morning .... the 17th they got up and hung up. Bad customer service.

Ma c’è nessuno dei piani alti che le legge?
Amministratore delegato, consiglio d’amministrazione, risorse umane ecc…
Il sistema bancario si colloca nel settore merceologico dei servizi, se il feedback del loro operato è questo, composto per la maggiore da reclami riconducibili a non conformità di processo e di sistema, è il caso vengano presi seri provvedimenti.
La mia valutazione con tre stelle è basata sulla mia esperienza mediata in 34 anni.

Praticamente l'ultima rimasta di questo gruppo bancario nell'area termale.
Dispone di ben tre bancomat accessibili anche quando la banca è chiusa.
All'interno sono presenti molti sportelli per le informazioni, le operazioni bancarie e le consulenze ai clienti.
Corretto controllo dei Greenpass all'ingresso e, all'interno, della temperatura corporea.
Sicuramente comodo per chi vive in zona.
Non ci si può avvicinare in auto.
