Da due settimane dicono ai clienti che il bancomat interno non funziona. Stamattina fila di 15 persone fuori dalla banca, foto il sole, tutti per l'uso dei bancomat, e mentre si sta lì in attesa del proprio turno si scopre che il bancomat interno funziona, ma ad uso e consumo dei dipendenti della banca che ci effettuano operazioni personali. Assoluto menefreghismo nei confronti dei clienti, in questa situazione, già disagiata per mille motivi, aggiungiamo anche il disagio, evitabile, dovuto allo scarso impegno dei dipendenti della filiale. Ma il direttore, permette simili comportamenti? Bad service, bordering on complaint. Three external ATMs, one of which is out of order, plus one internal.
