Mi sono rivolto a questa filiale per stipulare un mutuo poi andato a buon fine; purtroppo però concluso "l'affare" la mia referente si è dileguata non rispondendomi più per poi sapere dopo 2 email e 4 telefonate che non mi sarei più dovuto rivolgere a lei bensì ad un'altra persona con cui mi fa il favore di fissare un appuntamento.
Recatomi in filiale il giorno prestabilito scopro che non solo la mia nuova referente non è stata avvisata che avrebbe dovuto ricevermi ma anche che questa persona non sa di avermi come cliente.
Disservizio gravissimo e mancanza totale di professionalità.
Indecent behavior.
I turned to this branch to take out a mortgage that was then successful; unfortunately, however, when the "deal" was concluded, my contact person disappeared, not answering me anymore and then knowing after 2 emails and 4 phone calls that I would no longer have to contact her but to another person with whom she does me the favor of fixing a appointment.
When I went to the branch on the appointed day, I discovered that not only was my new contact person not notified that she should have received me but also that this person does not know that she has me as a customer.
Serious disservice and total lack of professionalism.
