★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è stata negativa. Molto scortesi. Al telefono mi passavano un incaricato che non rispondeva mai, per settimane, fino a quando ho dovuto fare la voce grossa. Di persona ed al telefono poco cortese e non tanto professionale. Linguaggio non cortese. Non la consiglio come banca, anche se in città mi ero trovato bene.
 My experience was bad. Very rude. A representative passed me on the phone who never answered, for weeks, until I had to make a big voice. In person and on the phone, not very courteous and not so professional. Unfriendly language. I don't recommend it as a bank, although I was fine in the city.
