Impossible to make a phone call .... they never answer .... about 20 attempts this morning ... worse than public offices .... much worse !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile accedere alla filiale perché l'accesso è possibile solo tramite appuntamento ma non è possibile prendere appuntamento perché non rispondono a nessuno dei numeri disponibili, nemmeno quello che loro stessi hanno pubblicato su un avviso esposto in filiale. Pessimo servizio.
Unable to access the branch because access is only possible by appointment but it is not possible to make an appointment because they do not answer any of the available numbers, not even the one they themselves have published on a notice displayed in the branch. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, consulenza e servizi alle imprese pressochè inesistenti. Ti chiamano solo per vendere. Se non fosse per il nome dell'insegna affissa all'ingesso probabilmente sarebbero già chiusi.
Rude staff, advice and business services almost non-existent. They only call you to sell. If it weren't for the name of the sign posted at the entrance, they would probably already be closed.
