Risultato, siamo ancora nella stessa situazione! Vergognosa e penosa gestione! After 4 months still problems to close a very simple current account, during the appointment the lady told us, within a few weeks it will close and all the utilities will pass into the other account! Result, we are still in the same situation! Shameful and painful management!

Non è possibile che non rispondano per un'intera mattinata il telefono risulta sempre occupato oppure squilla e nessuno risponde... ripeto una vera vergogna per una banca che porta questo nome... ovviamente tutto questo si ripete da giorni da settimane e da mesi che sono con loro.. per fortuna non mi capita spesso di aver bisogno di parlare al telefono con qualcuno di loro.... Se avessi tempo che voglia cambierei immediatamente banca!! Really a shame ... Non rispondono mai al telefono, intendo proprio MAI, e per un appuntamento per fare qualsiasi cosa anche la più piccola ci vogliono mesi! Inconcepibile!!! Il suo responsabile invece mi ha fatto perdere un sacco di tempo adducendo procedure, regolamenti e leggi fatte in casa, pur di non pagarmi il dovuto. Addirittura mi ha chiesto come mi sia procurato l'assegno. Come se non ci fosse stato il mio nome su l'assegno. L'atmosfera di delinquenza è palpabile. Evitateli a tutti i costi. Mi è stato negato, pur avendo i requisiti, perché la banca ha altre "normative" interne che di fatto rendono impossibile accedere al servizio. Per avere una risposta negativa senza neanche una possibile soluzione alternativa, ho atteso oltre 15 giorni e fatto numerose telefonate. I applied for a young mortgage, for a first home purchase as advertised on the bank's website. I was denied, despite having the requisites, because the bank has other internal "regulations" which in fact make it impossible to access the service. To get a negative answer without even a possible alternative solution, I waited over 15 days and made numerous phone calls.

Sono con loro dal settembre 2017 ma appena potrò chiuderò il conto. Evitate questa filiale. Unfriendly and hateful staff. Un plauso, vista la mole di lavoro che devono svolgere in Sede durante il protrarsi delle restrizioni, oltre la mancanza di personale.
