★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aspettato fuori x circa 30 minuti (causa covid19); entro per pagare un F24, la Signora allo sportello in modo "sarcastico" mi complimenta per la cifra, e poi mi dice che non poteva perdere 20 minuti di tempo per l'operazione. Non ho parole!!!
After waiting outside for about 30 minutes (due to covid19); I go in to pay an F24, the lady at the counter in a "sarcastic" way compliments me on the amount, and then tells me that she couldn't waste 20 minutes of time for the operation. I have no words!!!
