β β β β β Impossibile mettersi in contatto telefonicamente con loro. Poi quando vai in filiale ti dicono di prendere un appuntamento e ritornare un'altra volta.... 1 stella Γ¨ anche troppo!!!
Unable to contact them by telephone. Then when you go to the branch they tell you to make an appointment and come back again ... 1 star is too much !!!

β β β β β Matina, ore 10:00 mi sono rivolto per apertura di un conto. Mi hanno fissato appuntamento per le 15:00 del pomeriggio dello stesso giorno. Mi presento alle 15:00, ma il addetto di apertura conti mi dice che ha altri impegni e mi puΓ² ricevere fra.... 17 giorni esattamente.

β β β β β Oggi Γ¨ un mese che Γ¨ mancato mio padre e dopo 4 volte che ho parlato con la direttrice non sono riuscita ad avere un appuntamento per sistemare il conto...so solo che devo portare atto notorio e certificato di morte...tutto dopo Pasqua, giΓ 20 giorni prima e ora non rispondono da stamattina alle 8.30. Uno schifo.
Today is a month since my father passed away and after 4 times that I spoke with the director I was unable to have an appointment to settle the bill ... I only know that I have to bring a notorious deed and death certificate ... all after Easter , already 20 days before and now they have not answered since this morning at 8.30. It sucks.

β β β β β Ho provato a chiedere delle informazioni per una pratica in corso e sono stata trattata con arroganza, sufficienza e senza peraltro darmi le spiegazioni che chiedevo. Esperienza orribile.
I tried to ask for information for an ongoing practice and I was treated with arrogance, sufficiency and without giving me the explanations I asked for. Horrible experience.

Ogni volta che vai x un informazione aspetti un ora se sei fortunata...in genere non c'Γ¨ nessuno disponibile ma nel senso che non c'Γ¨ nessuno che lavora...a online stesso discorso rispondono sempre che non gestiscono questo tipo di richieste..un consiglio meglio un altra banca
