Millions of profits but not even a few coins to increase the telephone lines. Two numbers, one of which continuously rings free without anyone answering and one that is always busy. Well done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scorbutici e totalmente disinteressati a far stare bene il cliente. Avevo un conto che avrei anche potuto tenere, ma il personale e' talmente antipatico che ho deciso di chiuderlo e non mettere mai piu' piede in questa filiale.
Grumpy and totally disinterested in making the customer feel good. I had an account that I could have kept, but the staff are so nasty that I have decided to close it and never set foot in this branch again.
