It is not a hub branch but the services operate regularly from Monday to Friday the cash desk is available only in the morning but to compensate it has an ATM for 24-hour withdrawals

Ho avuto la fortuna di interfacciarmi con il Sig. Diego che ha gentilmente ascoltato la mia richiesta fornendomi in pochi minuti il documento di mio interesse. Servizio veloce e cortese. Grazie!
I contacted this branch to request a document following two failed attempts at other branches where I received a "sorry I can't help you". I was lucky enough to interface with Mr. Diego who kindly listened to my request, providing me with the document of my interest in a few minutes. Fast and courteous service. Thanks!

Nonostante oggi ci siano molte offerte, anche convenienti, delle banche online, credo che l'esperienza, l'intuito e la disponibilità all'ascolto di una persona capace (come il Direttore di qs filiale) sia un valore irrinunciabile e un privilegio impagabile per i clienti.

He devoted time and attention to my problem and solved it brilliantly, finding the best solution to protect me from any arrears of my future tenant.
