★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima di tutte le filiali di Trapani: i cassieri, appena vedono che ho il conto in un'altra filiale(della loro stessa banca), si rifiutano di fare le operazioni accampando scuse e non sempre in modo cortese. Risultato? Devo fare 30 km per fare le operazioni bancarie. E perché ho il conto a 30km da casa? Perché gli stessi «signori» questa estate non avevano voluto aprire il conto perché era un'operazione troppo lunga. Mah!
Bad experience of all the branches of Trapani: the cashiers, as soon as they see that I have the account in another branch (of their own bank), refuse to do the operations making an apology and not always politely. Result? I have to do 30 km to do banking. And why do I have the bill 30km from home? Because the same "gentlemen" this summer had not wanted to open the account because it was too long an operation.
