 Referring to most branch staff and not the bank per se. Rude, arrogant, domineering and above all very, very VERY INCOMPETENT staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso dare 0 stelle ma dal punto di vista dell assistenza telefonica sono sbrigativi e scortesi quindi ti obbligano a recarti per forza da loro in agenzia, e ci devi andare armato di pazienza perché di sicuro ci passi molto tempo. Sono buoni solo a chiamarti per venderti prodotti assicurativi . Se potessi cambierei banca.
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars but from the point of view of the telephone assistance they are hasty and impolite so they force you to go there by force to them in the agency, and you must go armed with patience because for sure we spend a lot of time there. They are good only to call you to sell you insurance products. If I could I would change bank.
