Ridicolo... soprattutto adesso che c’è la situazione di emergenza e l’appuntamento bisogna prenotare per forza al telefono I NEVER answer the phone. Personne répond au téléphone, personne donné des informations il n' y a aucun suivi des dossiers qui traînent des mois durant. 7 mois pour gère une simple vente d assurance vie, placements et clôture de un compte suite a une succession invraisemblable.. toujours pas terminé toujours pas de réponse email tél SMS etc silence radio ou petit messages laconiques totalement inutile. Une banque a fuir, en tout cas l agence de Arcore. En particulier ma conseillère de un très haut niveaux de incompétence. I have never seen a bank with such a catastrophic operation !! Nobody answers the phone, nobody gave information there is no follow-up of the files which drag on for months. 7 months to manage a simple sale of life insurance, investments and the closing of an account following an unlikely succession .. still not finished still no response email tel SMS etc. radio silence or small laconic messages totally useless. Non ho mai avuto modo di interagire con gli impiegati e pertanto la mia valutazione si riferisce allo sportello automatico per effettuare le operazioni. Nel complesso è efficiente, anche se capita di trovare fuori funzione lo sportello stesso. Un guasto può capitare, ma sarebbe bene che la banca si attivasse per ridurre al minimo problemi di questo tipo. Anche perché quando accade tocca aspettare (a volte anche un paio di giorni) o girare mezza Brianza per raggiungere le altre filiali. Incredibile disservizio!! For 3 months I have been trying to contact them by phone but punctually after several unanswered calls they are busy ... Se telefoni al numero indicato per fissare l’appuntamento non rispondo, mai, a nessuna ora. Quindi le persone come devono fare ? Sconsiglio. If you show up at the branch they tell you that an appointment is needed for any type of operation and they send you home. If you call the number indicated to make an appointment, I never answer at any time. So what do people have to do? I do not recommend.
