★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo sportello fuori per prelevare è quasi sempre fuori servizio. Il personale ad eccezione di Maria Rosaria ( che ora è stata trasferita) è Giuseppe, non sanno gestire la clientela. Mi sono state dette delle cose sui pagamenti delle bollette e poi hanno fatto tutta un'altra cosa. Da quando se n'è andata Maria Rosaria mi trovo veramente male. Sto valutando di spostarmi in un'altra banca.
The door to pick up is almost always out of service. The staff with the exception of Maria Rosaria (who has now been transferred) is Giuseppe, they do not know how to manage customers. I've been told things about paying bills and then they did something else. Since she left Maria Rosaria I find myself really ill. I'm considering moving to another bank.
