A differenza della voglia di lavorare, che mancava evidentemente, l’aria di superiorità della ragazza dietro la scrivania abbondava. Pessima esperienza, spero che non sia una caratteristica tipica di tutte le filiali, ma si tratti di un caso isolato. Servizio clienti pessimo, spero che Intesa impari a scegliere meglio il personale in futuro.
