Il mondo è ripartito lo sapete?? But is there anyone in this bank during opening hours ?? Called 3 or 4 times to 6 different numbers of consultants and nobody answers! Soprattutto se per fare un'operazione di cassa devi prenotare (restrizioni covid) e non si degnano neanche di avvisare i propri clienti!! Per di più nonostante abbia chiamato per 3/4 volte sia il mio consulente che la filiale senza alcuna risposta al telefono! Tutto ciò l'ho scoperto recandomi in sede dopo aver perso ore di lavoro. A quanto pare non sembro essere stata l'unica persona ad essere trattata in questo modo... Vorrà dire che troverò chi riesca a soddisfare le mie esigenze con chiarezza e quantomeno trasparenza sui cambiamenti in filiale. DISORGANIZATION !!! Alas lately they don't even know how to manage their customers ... Especially if you have to book to make a cash operation (covid restrictions) and they don't even deign to notify their customers !! Moreover, despite having called both my consultant and the branch 3/4 times without any answer on the phone! All this I discovered when I went to the office after losing hours of work. Apparently I do not seem to have been the only person to be treated in this way ... It will mean that I will find someone who can meet my needs with clarity and at least transparency on changes in the branch.
