★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quanto sono cliente non ne posso che parlare bene! Dipendenti molto cordiali e preparati professionalmente. Sono rimasto abbastanza colpito dal lato umano, cosa rara dentro una filiale bancaria... i rinnovati locali sono accoglienti e profumati. I prodotti vengono offerti con educazione e senza obbligo alcuno.. che a volte nel cliente è la chiave giusta.
 As a customer, I can't speak highly enough! Very friendly and professionally trained employees. I was quite impressed on the human side, which is rare inside a bank branch ... the renovated premises are welcoming and fragrant. The products are offered with education and without any obligation .. which is sometimes the right key in the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se chiami non rispondono quasi mai. Se ci vai sembrano più confusi che persuasi. Possono fare migliaia di ristrutturazioni, ma la vera ristrutturazione da fare è nel personale. Purtroppo non tutte le operazioni possono essere fatte al bancomat e per questo consiglio tutte le filiali di Siracusa meno che questa.
If you call, they almost never answer. If you go there they seem more confused than persuaded. They can do thousands of renovations, but the real renovation to do is in the staff. Unfortunately, not all transactions can be done at the ATM and for this I recommend all the branches of Syracuse except this one.

Uno schifo autentico ... mi sto rivolgendo al 112 per vedere se, tramite i Carabinieri, baipassando tutti i passaggi della segreteria, posso sapere qualcosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale nuova ben strutturata, all'interno gli sportelli sono ben organizzati e senza barriere. Il servizio è veloce ed il personale è cortese. La nuova veste architettonica la rende un luogo accogliente e bello. Allontanandosi sempre più dal modello dell'ufficio postale con i sportelli con vetro blindato. Promossa a pieni voti la nuova architettura della filiale.
New branch well structured, inside the branches are well organized and without barriers. The service is fast and the staff is courteous. The new architectural aspect makes it a welcoming and beautiful place. Moving further and further away from the post office model with doors with armored glass. The new branch architecture has been promoted with flying colors.

Estremamente lenti con una filosofia di lavoro molto "new age" molto puntato sul relax per arrivare alle 13 belli freschi x pranzo. 100 teste 100 modi di lavorare 100 modi di fare banca, se sei fortunato becchi quello operativo, ci sono i soliti che si sbattono e altri un po meno.
Purtroppo ho questa come banca e x fortuna la.maggior parte delle cose le faccio tramite app.

Extremely slow with a very "new age" work philosophy, very focused on relaxation to arrive at 1:00 pm fresh for lunch. 100 heads 100 ways of working 100 ways of banking, if you are lucky you get the operational one, there are the usual ones that get banged and others a little less.
Unfortunately I have this as a bank and luckily most of the things I do through the app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiami per un informazione e il tizio non fa altro che fischiettare... Pessimi e lenti.... Al personale anziano suggerirei di andare in pensione e lasciare posto ai giovani....
You call for information and the guy does nothing but whistle ... Bad and slow .... I would suggest to the elderly staff to retire and leave room for young people ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In filiale perché convocati abbiamo ricevuto la prima accoglienza scostante e maleducata. Disorganizzazione massima nell'ingresso dove si crea un ammasso di Clienti disorientati . Certamente una banca prestigiosa come questa non dovrebbe permettere questo trattamento verso la su Clientela
