Personale quasi sempre assente, se presente poco disponibile e con predisposizione al cliente pari a 0. Mass of incapable parasites, to be wished only by the worst enemy. Se non vi piace il vostro lavoro e non siete portati per stare con le persone cambiate ambiente. Unfriendly in an incredible way. It was just 9 am so tiredness is no excuse. If you don't like your job and are not inclined to be with people, change your environment.
S	Stefano Colombo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo meno di 1 stella non si può assegnare. Incompetenti, maleducati, saccenti e bugiardi. E' una Banca assolutamente da evitare. Creano solo disservizi all'utenza. Dicono che si entra solo previo appuntamento. Il loro telefono è sempre occupato o non rispondono mai. Sono 3 settimane che non riescono a risolvere un banale problema (sostituzione di un bancomat smagnetizzato, che in qualsiasi altro Istituto di Credito viene cambiato a vista), nascondendosi dietro la fusione che ci è stata con altra Banca e che quindi non sono ancora pienamente operativi. La verità è che sono pienamente inefficienti. VERGOGNA Unfortunately, less than 1 star cannot be awarded. Incompetent, rude, pedantic and liars. It is a bank absolutely to be avoided. They only create disservices to users. They say that you enter only by appointment. Their phone is always busy or they never answer. They have not been able to solve a trivial problem for 3 weeks (replacement of a demagnetized ATM, which in any other credit institution is changed on sight), hiding behind the merger that took place with another bank and therefore are not yet fully operational . The truth is that they are completely inefficient. SHAME
L	Luca Micco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inadeguato non rispondono a telefono..il mio referente non risponde al cellulare aziendale per prenotare un appuntamento.. ho chiesto una referenza bancaria generica mi hanno sballottolato da un collega a un altro senza avere la minima decenza.. mi sono recato diretto lì ho spiegato la mia situazione, che non riuscivo a parlare con nessuno, il personale all'ingresso è entrato dentro e poi e riuscito consegnandomi il bigliettino da visita del mio referente dicendomi di chiamare sul cellulare aziendale.. (senza parole) Ho provato chiedere di parlare anche con il direttore senza successo..questa filiale e da evitare assolutamente mi hanno creato solo problemi.. Ps. La referenza bancaria mi serviva per lavoro queste sono i servizi che paghi al sud queste sono le banche che aiutano i giovani e le aziende una vergogna! A	Alex Neagoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona filiale, mi hanno mandato da un collega all altro però alla fine sono riusciti a risolvere il mio problema, inoltre hanno un gran numero di bancomat aperti H24 quindi ottimo e super comodo, soprattutto per la posizione! Good branch, they sent me from one colleague to another but in the end they managed to solve my problem, they also have a large number of ATMs open H24 so excellent and super convenient, especially for the location!

Even I didn't speak Italian , they can show minimum customer respect manners. This officers are not fit for this banking profession.
