A	Alessandro Speranza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza non del tutto gradevole in questa banca è proprio da piccoli gesti che si intuiscono le 'scorrettezze' bancarie a discapito di altrettante banche che operano nel settore con trasparenza e correttezza. Di fatti nonostante avessi un bollettino della Veritas da pagare senza le dovute commissioni in quanto tale istituto risulta convenzionato, una dipendente rifiutava il pagamento in quanto a suo dire avrei dovuto avere il conto corrente in sede, e relativo appuntamento. Dopo accertamenti effettuati con Veritas e l intervento bonario del vice direttore della filiale di intesa San Paolo di Scorzè la situazione si è chiarita. Morale? Ulteriore perdita di tempo per un diritto già assodato, gentilmente il vice direttore mi ha fissato appuntamento ma la presunzione scorretta di aprire il conto corrente presso la loro sede rimane. A voi la giusta riflessione. Quando chiamo per avere delle informazioni mi passano la persona interessata che puntualmente non risponde, parte un messaggio in automatico che mi dice di lasciare il numero e che riverrò ricontattata, e poi questo non succede MAI. Ho la sensazione che a loro interessi soddisfare le LORO necessità rispetto a quelle dei clienti: per esempio quelle poche volte che riesco a contattarli e chiedo loro delle infomazioni ben precise, puntualmente cercano di propormi i loro finanziamenti dei quali non mi può interessare di meno.
