★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiale a dir poco pessima,nel giro di una settimana è la seconda volta che quando mi reco per prelevare lo sportello bancomat non funziona,da quando si è fusa con la popolare di Vicenza è declassata di brutto!E pensare che mi era stato detto di spostare il mio conto in questa filiale!ma non ci penso minimamente!Mi tocca mettere una Stella perché non si può fare altrimenti,ma non meritereste nemmeno quella!!!!
Branch to say the least bad, in a week it is the second time that when I go to withdraw the ATM it does not work, since it merged with the Vicenza people it has been downgraded badly! And to think that I was told to move my account to this branch! but I don't think about it at all! I have to put a star because it can't be done otherwise, but you wouldn't deserve that either !!!!

Of a rude and disarming presumption. Entered to ask for directions on the payment of a check in my name, treated like a robber. Dear Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, change these "employees" if you lose potential future customers.

Nella filiale di Palmanova, per quanto mi riguarda, ho sempre avuto da fare con personale educato, professionale e molto cortese. Sono la loro cliente da quasi 20 anni e tengo a precisare che hanno sempre risposto alle mie domande e richieste in tempi brevi.
Se potessi, avrei dato 10*.

Amidst reading several negative reviews. I think this is another branch. In the Palmanova branch, as far as I'm concerned, I've always had to deal with polite, professional and very courteous staff. I have been their client for almost 20 years and I would like to point out that they have always answered my questions and requests quickly.
If I could, I would have given 10 *.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile che di sabato il bancomat non funziona. Sono stato fermo circa 10 minuti , ho cercato di prelevare contanti per ben due volte senza riuscirci. Il bancomat , mentre lavorava la mia richiesta di prelievo, si bloccava e mi diceva che non era collegato fino a quando si è bloccato definitivamente. Non mi è mai successo una cosa del genere sono veramente amareggiato. Poi la posizione del bancomat è veramente brutta, c'è sempre il sole e non si legge nulla.
It is not possible that the ATM does not work on Saturdays. I was stopped for about 10 minutes, I tried to withdraw cash twice without success. The ATM, while working my withdrawal request, would freeze and tell me it was not connected until it finally froze. Such a thing has never happened to me. I am truly embittered. Then the position of the ATM is really bad, it's always sunny and you can't read anything.
