L’unico un po’ più disponibile sembrava il vice direttore, ma dietro suggerimento dell’usciere ha repentinamente negato il cambio dell’assegno. Deduco che a dirigere questa filiale è l’usciere, mi sembra si chiami Renato, piuttosto che il vice direttore. Cmq la cosa è andata a buon fine perché ci siamo recati alla filiale di Paola, dove abbiamo trovato personale accogliente e professionale, e qui abbiamo aperto un conto. N	New design Roma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale assolutamente non professionale Fanno sfigurare tutta la banca intesa Mio figlio alla prima esperienza si reca in banca per cambiare un semplice assegno di piccolo importo. Si imbatte con l’usciere capelli brizzolati tarchiatello ..alla porta lo caccia via di prepotenza perché assegno di un’altra filiale. Da genitore con molta esperienza in ambito bancario vado subito in banca a sostenere mio figlio, riuscendo contro la volontà dell’usciere a parlare con il vice direttore, gentilissimo senza problemi ci fa accomodare per il censimento perché mio figlio nuovo in banca. Dico al vice direttore che avevo da fare quindi lascio mio figlio nelle sue mani, vado via pensando che tutto sarebbe andato a buon fine. Ma non appena l’usciere vede mio figlio da solo con il vicedirettore va di nuovo all’attacco dicendo al direttore che non doveva cambiare assolutamente l’assegno.. (sicuramente non gli era simpatico) ovviamente mio figlio sconvolto va via raccontandomi la sua disavventura. Ps. mi rivolgo alla banca intesa: Non so chi comanda in questa banca ma visto le altre cattive recensioni questo personale va cambiato in fretta e visto che comanda l’usciere fatelo direttore .. così farà chiudere tutta la banca Ovviamente Mio figlio è andato in un’altra filiare facendosi cambiare il famoso assegno senza problemi.
