Ho chiesto informazioni presso questa agenzia. Mi hanno risposto che non potevanofarci nulla. Nell'era in cui hanno inventato i robot intelligenti! !! Roba de matt ! the bca Intesa SanPaolo sent me, via Phonika, a text message with the IBAN references for the payment, by bank transfer, of 110.13 euros due to Intesa Sanpaolo spa to in the face of an unspecified non-payment of an installment of a loan. Quando poi si ha la fortuna di riuscire a parlare con qualcuno, si viene rimbalzati da un impiegato all'altro perché "oh, non sono io che me ne occupo, provi a chiedere a XXX", ma di risposte certe, neanche l'ombra!!
