★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente servizio scandaloso. 22 chiamate, 18 min di attesa l'unica volta che hanno risposto per poi chiudere senza riuscire a parlare con servizio aziendale. Carte bloccate dal 1 Luglio senza mandarne una nuova.. Vergognoso
Simply outrageous service. 22 calls, 18 min of waiting the only time they answered and then closed without being able to speak to company service. Cards blocked from July 1st without sending a new one .. Shameful

Peggior Direttrice di Banca, Irrispettosa, Irascibile, Intransigente e Intrasparente. Ci ha definito "Che gente" e si sente superiore, senza spiegare affatto dove magari uno sbagliava.
Incompetenza all' Italiana allo stato puro.
They do not change sight checks.
Worst Bank Manager, Disrespectful, Irascible, Uncompromising and Untransparent. He called us "What a people" and he feels superior, without explaining at all where maybe one was wrong.
Pure Italian incompetence.

Worst branch I have dealt with. Rude staff who don't solve any problems. All unhappy with the merger that year immediately. Change jobs and measure yourself against the real difficulties of the world of work ... If you have the courage.
