Ora con la referente Elisa Signorini è un disastro ed idem con le colleghe!!!!! Cambiate banca. Unico lato positivo il parcheggio!!!!!!Per non parlare della direttrice. Inoltre mi hanno dato metà dei soldi che che avevo nel c/c Hello I was a customer of this bank for years and I have NEVER had problems with the contact person Anna Paesante. In questa filiale non ho trovato quanto ricercavo, impiegata o consulente, come si fa chiamare, incompetente maleducata (ho le mail che dimostrano quanto sto dicendo) e incapace di gestire pratiche o inviare documenti. Tempi di attesa indescrivibili.... 4 mesi per spostare il conto da una banca all'altra e non è ancora finito il tutto. Non vedo l'ora di terminare quasta esperienza per cercare un nuovo istituto bancario dove vengo trattata da cliente e non da mendicante.
