★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che l'abbiano chiamata solo "Intesa Sanpaolo" perché tutti gli altri santi che nomino invano, ogni volta che ci vado, non entrerebbero nell'insegna.
I think they only called it "Intesa Sanpaolo" because all the other saints I mention in vain, every time I go there, would not enter the sign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna, noi abbiamo il conto in banca per il negozio ed è un continuo problema. Non rispondono al telefono, rifiutano di cambiarci i soldi per le casse, ogni volta che vado per qualsiasi operazione ci vuole una vita e le impiegate mi guardano come se dessi loro fastidio. L'ultima volta per ritirare un foglio 45 minuti di attesa. A volte versamenti non fattibili perché l'Atm apposito è fuori servizio. Mai vista una cosa del genere, da evitare come la peste.
A shame, we have a bank account for the shop and it's a constant problem. They don't answer the phone, they refuse to change our money for the cashiers, every time I go for any operation it takes a lifetime and the employees look at me as if I annoy them. The last time to pick up a sheet 45 minutes of waiting. Sometimes payments are not feasible because the specific ATM is out of order. Never seen such a thing, to be avoided like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, sono stato mesi fa per chiudere un conto, ho aspettato 1 mese e mezzo prima che fosse chiuso. Oggi ritorno in banca, ho trovato tantissima confusione. Tantissima gente, 1a sola cassa aperta, ho dovuto domandare chi fosse l'ultimo perché sono sprovvisti di numero. Le ragazze alla cassa vanno a simpatia, se gli stai simpatico ti fanno le operazioni, altrimenti ti mandano dai consulenti. Ero indeciso se cambiare oppure no, oggi mi hanno convinto.
Bad, I was months ago to close an account, I waited 1 month and a half before it was closed. Today I go back to the bank, I found a lot of confusion. So many people, the only open box, I had to ask who was the last because they have no number. The girls at the cashier go to sympathy, if they like you they'll do the operations for you, otherwise they'll send you to consultants. I was undecided whether to change or not, today they convinced me.
