★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta erano aperti il sabato mattina. Adesso bisogna prendere ferie per andarci. Stanno facendo di tutto per eliminare la clientela retail.
They were once open on Saturday mornings. Now you have to take vacation to go there. They are doing everything to eliminate the retail clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, Direktion hat kein Respekt vor Kunden. Ich hatte einen Termin, Berater war krank aber mir wurde nicht Bescheid gegeben. Bin 40 Minuten gefahren um dann wieder weggeschickt zu werden. Habe das Konto sofort geschlossen.
Rude, management has no respect for customers. I had an appointment, consultant was ill but I was not informed. I drove for 40 minutes and then was sent away again. Closed the account immediately.

Evaluation referred solely to the cashier service: very rude and irritating employee, zero consideration for customers. Bad service for a city like Merano and in a central position (piazza Teatro), unacceptable.
