★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le aziende ,le imprese, sono portate avanti da uomini e donne, nel mio dizionario non trovo un'aggettivo talmente positivo da definire le persone che portano avanti questa azienda posso solo dire che le cinghie i ganci e quant'altro passano in secondo piano quando trovi persone così gentili, disponibili ,professionali, e soprattutto educate le cinghie con il passare del tempo si smollano e le devi cambiare e buttare, le persone invece restano. Inoltre la signora Virginia mi ha inviato un video personalizzato per spiegarmi la tecnica per poter tirare al meglio le cinghie.
Exceptional customer service. I ordered some straps that I could not attach and so they sent me some longer ones without wanting the first ones back. In addition, Mrs. Virginia sent me a personalized video to explain the technique to best pull the straps.
