S	Sabrina FEMIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo esperienza drammatica. Avevo bisogno per mi zio malato oncologico e che non può camminare. Dal 2° piano senza ascensore doveva essere portato all'Ospedale per un'importantissima visita per per la radioterapia mirata per la zona del cervello. Mi hanno chiesto i dati telefonicamente ma si sono sbagliati e sono andati in un comune diverso. Provavo a chiamarli ma l'operatore mi buttava giù il telefono. Quando mi ha chiamata l'ambulanza oramai era tardi per farla arrivare al Comune giusto. Così, mio marito che la lavora in proprio, ha dovuto lasciare i suoi clienti e venire a portare mio zio in spalla per 2 piani e correre il più possibile per non perdere l'appuntamento. Nessuno ha ma richiamato per scusarsi. Tra l'altro non era proprio un servizio a buon mercato, mi avevano chiesto 135€ + 35€ per ogni ora in più rispetto al tempo concordato (anche se fossero poi passati 10 minuti in più mi avevano spiegato era comunque da pagare l'ora completa). Credo che chi ha la sfortuna di dover utilizzare questo tipo d servizio non meriti altri problemi causati da una leggerezza dell'operatore. Mai più e se proprio decidete di utilizzarla vi conviene pretendere di mandare una mail in questo modo potrete provare che si tratta di un loro sbaglio e magari fargli causa. Unfortunately dramatic experience. I needed for my uncle who is ill with cancer and who cannot walk. From the 2nd floor without a lift he had to be taken to the hospital for a very important visit for radiotherapy aimed at the brain area. They asked me for my details over the phone but they got it wrong and went to a different municipality. I tried to call them but the operator threw my phone down. When the ambulance called me it was now too late to get it to the right municipality. So, my husband who works on his own, had to leave his clients and come and carry my uncle on his back for 2 floors and run as much as possible so as not to miss the appointment. Nobody called back to apologize. Among other things, it was not exactly a cheap service, they asked me € 135 + € 35 for each hour more than the agreed time (even if 10 minutes more had passed, they had explained to me it was still to be paid for the hour complete). I believe that whoever has the misfortune of having to use this type of service does not deserve other problems caused by the lightness of the operator. Never again and if you decide to use it, you should expect to send an email in this way you can prove that it is their mistake and maybe sue them.
