★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male organizzato. Pecato perché mi piaceva carate dodo. Quando bambini devono uscire subito l'altri devono entrare e visto che corridoio molto strato immaginate la confusione e le spinte. Front desk scortese e non vi danno informazioni e avvisi importanti. Stano là e basta.
 Badly organized. Pecato because I liked Carate Dodo. When children have to go out immediately, the others have to go in and seeing that a lot of the corridor imagine the confusion and the pushes. Front desk rude and they don't give you important information and notices. They just stay there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra con pesi ben attrezzata, molti corsi di ogni tipo, dallo yoga alla arrampicata su parete. Collocata in una bella zona carsica con molto verde. Si trova sempre parcheggio.
Well-equipped gym with weights, many courses of all kinds, from yoga to wall climbing. Located in a beautiful karst area with lots of greenery. Parking is always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto valida perché offre molti tipi di corsi di ginnastica, però il corridoio al piano terra (quello vicino agli spogliatoi) è decisamente troppo stretto, cosa che crea qualche spintonata da parte di alcuni bambini/e maleducati/e visto che non ci sono 5 minuti di pausa tra la fine del corso di karate per i bambini principianti e l'inizio del corso successivo (per bambini già pratici o per i ragazzi). Inoltre, sempre riguardo alla palestra più vicina agli spogliatoi, avviso che il pavimento è quasi sempre sporcato da gente (alcuni alunni o insegnanti) che cammina all'esterno della palestra a piedi nudi (questo sport si pratica a piedi nudi) quindi se li sporca per bene, ma poi -fregandosene- cammina anche sul pavimento della palestra come se avesse i piedi puliti!
Very good gym because it offers many types of gym classes, but the corridor on the ground floor (the one near the changing rooms) is definitely too narrow, which creates some jostling by some rude children / and since there are not 5 minutes of break between the end of the karate course for beginner children and the beginning of the next course (for children already practical or for boys). Moreover, always with regard to the gym closest to the locker rooms, I notice that the floor is almost always dirty with people (some students or teachers) who walk outside the gym with bare feet (this sport is practiced barefoot) so if you dirty them for good, but then - even carelessly - he walks on the floor of the gym as if he had clean feet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Centro sportivo internazionale e' situato sull'altipiano carsico, in un ambiente naturale che ospita altri istituti. Comodo e capiente il posteggio.
Dispone di un'ampia scelta di corsi, di una ampia palestra in perfette condizioni e di ottime attrezzature.
Ma il punto di forza del Centro e' il personale, a partire dagli insegnanti, preparati, sorridenti, pronti ad adattare lo sforzo fisico alle tue condizioni fisiche.
Come dice Dan Peters on, "per me numero uno".

The International Sports Center is located on the Karst plateau, in a natural environment that hosts other institutes. The parking space is comfortable and spacious.
It has a wide choice of courses, a large gym in perfect condition and excellent equipment.
But the strength of the Center is the staff, starting from the teachers, prepared, smiling, ready to adapt the physical effort to your physical conditions.
As Dan Peters on says, "for me number one".
