★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fatto 200 km per vedere e provare una Jaguar XE inserzionata online (come privato…errore nr 1…) quindi, dopo la prova, ho chiesto di bloccarla 2 giorni lavorativi (offrendomi anche di versare un acconto, se necessario). Risposta: No tranquillo. Il secondo giorno confermo il mio interesse e chiedo ulteriori delucidazioni sulla vettura, sulla garanzia (mi erano state fornite indicazioni errate, errore nr 2) e su come procedere col pagamento precisando la mia urgenza di ritirarla appena possibile (il venditore mi aveva detto che avrebbe dovuto riprendere un’ammaccatura e lucidarla). Il giorno successivo, non sentendo niente, sollecito e mi viene detto che l’auto era stata venduta il giorno in cui io l’avevo provata (errore nr 3). Probabilmente c’era più premura di portare a casa una vendita che di guadagnare un cliente. Professionalità…questa sconosciuta.
PS: per trasparenza, qualora il proprietario lèggesse la recensione col fine di migliorare il servizio, mi sono state offerte alternative, a un prezzo quasi doppio rispetto a ciò che avrei preso e ovviamente senza neppure uno sconto (anche minimo) per il disagio procurato.
I drove 200 km to see and test a Jaguar XE advertised online (as a private person… mistake nr 1…) then, after the test, I asked to block it for 2 working days (also offering to pay a deposit if necessary). Answer: No, don't worry. On the second day, I confirm my interest and ask for further clarifications on the car, on the warranty (I had been given incorrect information, error no. 2) and on how to proceed with the payment, specifying my urgency to collect it as soon as possible (the seller had told me that he would had to pick up a dent and polish it). The next day, hearing nothing, I promptly and was told that the car was sold the day I tried it (error 3). There was probably more concern to bring home a sale than to win a customer. Professionalism ... this unknown.
PS: for transparency, if the owner read the review with the aim of improving the service, I was offered alternatives, at a price almost double compared to what I would have taken and obviously without even a discount (even a minimum) for the inconvenience caused.
