Ho consegnato la documentazione con 2 mesi di anticipo, presso la loro sede di Via Pollenza, e solo dopo la scadenza dei termini ho saputo che il mio 730 non era stato sottomesso all'Agenzia delle Entrate. E' impossibile comunicare con queste persone di persona o via e-mail e le collaboratici che trovi al desk non ti danno retta, oppure non sanno cosa risponderti, quando provi a chiedere chiarimenti.
I wanted to put 0 stars but unfortunately Google won't let me. Stay away from these subjects. I delivered the documentation 2 months in advance, at their headquarters in Via Pollenza, and only after the deadline did I learn that my 730 had not been submitted to the Revenue Agency. It is impossible to communicate with these people in person or via e-mail and the collaborators you find at the desk do not listen to you, or do not know what to answer when you try to ask for clarification.
