even if I had to buy only small metal parts (unavailable in my city) I received a courteous and super-punctual service from the inter-supply. the staff is really attentive.

Bad. I had to complain via PayPal to get a refund due to items purchased online, results not available. No reply emails, no excuses. Seller not at all serious, to be avoided.
