Offrono anche assicurazioni vita, infortuni, etc... Non sono accettati pagamenti con assegni o carte di credito: solo bancomat e contanti. I have been their client for years with regards to RCA policies: they provide a broker service for on-line insurance, allowing good savings compared to traditional ones. They also offer life insurance, accident insurance, etc ... Payments by check or credit card are not accepted: only debit cards and cash.

Non appena consegnati i soldi il broker è sparito non rispondendo più a chiamate e messaggi. Ho dovuto chiamare direttamente l'assicurazione per scoprire il broker non depositava i soldi. Solo dopo un centinaio di chiamate e minaccia di denuncia sono riuscita a convincerlo a farlo pagare. Dopo altre 3/4 settimane ricevo la polizza completa e scopro che l'auto era stata assicurata solo con alcune voci di quelle preventivate. Sono più 2 settimane che aspetto riscontro ma come al solito non mi viene fornita alcuna risposta. Sono stata costretta a fare denuncia formale, vedremo come si risolverà la cosa. An unfinished odyssey. Out of the promised 2 days, it took 10 days to get the car insurance. As soon as the money was delivered, the broker disappeared, no longer responding to calls and messages. I had to call the insurance directly to find out the broker was not depositing the money. Only after a hundred calls and threatened to report did I manage to convince him to make him pay. After another 3/4 weeks I receive the complete policy and I discover that the car was insured only with some items of those budgeted. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for feedback but as usual I am not given any response. I was forced to make a formal complaint, we will see how it will be resolved.
