★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima presentazione anche se il sapore dell'aglio va a coprire un po tutto, sarebbe stato meglio prima sfregare l'aglio sul pane e poi tostarlo. Riguardo al filetto avevo chiesto cottura media ma mi è arrivato un po' troppo cotto. La crema di radicchio e gorgonzola era fantastica. Dessert buono, un tiramisù al cacao un po troppo freddo per i miei gusti ma nel complesso mi sono trovato bene
Excellent presentation even if the flavor of the garlic goes to cover a bit of everything, it would have been better to first rub the garlic on the bread and then toast it. As for the filet, I asked for medium cooking but it got a little overcooked. The radicchio and gorgonzola cream was fantastic. Good dessert, a cocoa tiramisu a little too cold for my taste but overall I felt good
