★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una scuola in cui ci sono delle potenzialità sia per la parte amministrativa che organizzativa, ma invece di essere un eccellenza è un disastro. Scuola a cui non puoi chiedere un documenti perchè non ci sono gli addetti, se ci sono non sanno e se sanno non si preoccupano di dare la documentazione. un turn-over da far invidia a multinazionali americane.
La burocrazia interna è qualcosa di fantascientifico e i poveri docenti e studenti che richiedono o hanno bisogno di documentazione sono terrorizzati nel eseguire tutte le incombenze date dalla direzione, con la conseguenza di ritardi e disorganizzazione. Sconsigliata se vuoi rimanere sano di mente. la scuola è un ottimo indirizzo...sarebbe da gestire meglio. Alcuni studenti con forti problemi familiari e personali. Poveri docenti tra l'incudine e il martello, poveri genitori ad affrontare tutta quella burocrazia, poveri gli amministrativi...
A school where there is potential for both the administrative and organizational aspects, but instead of being an excellence it is a disaster. School where you cannot ask for documents because there are no employees, if there are they do not know and if they know they do not bother to give the documentation. a turnover that would be the envy of American multinationals.
Internal bureaucracy is something of a science fiction and poor teachers and students who require or need documentation are terrified to perform all the tasks given by the management, resulting in delays and disorganization. Not recommended if you want to stay sane. the school is an excellent address ... it would be better managed. Some students with strong family and personal problems. Poor teachers between a rock and a hard place, poor parents facing all that bureaucracy, poor administrators ...
