La formazione che schiera è fatta di medici e personale che oltre ad essere bravissimi nel proprio compito, sono dotati di un umanità che lo rende un luogo davvero speciale, dove si può trovare aiuto conforto e soluzioni per i nostri bimbi . Un punto di riferimento nel campo in cui lavorano. Siamo davvero fortunati ad averlo nella nostra città. I think it is an all-Italian excellence an institution like this. Sul sito c’è scritto che per prendere un appuntamento in NPI si può chiamare dalle 10 alle 12, oppure scrivere una mail ad un indirizzo INESISTENTE. Ho inviato una mail ad un altro indirizzo di posta trovato sul sito, della sig.ra Antonietta Minotti, indicato per prendere un appuntamento diverso da quello che serviva a me. Ho spiegato che non riuscivo a prenotare e se potesse aiutarmi. Oltre a rispondermi prontamente e con gentilezza si è premurata di avvisare direttamente l’addetto alle prenotazioni per le visite di NPI, il sig. Roberto, il quale mi ha subito chiamato, fuori dall’orario preposto alle prenotazioni, per prendere appuntamento. Oltre ad essersi disturbato a chiamarmi si è anche scusato, mi spiegava che c’è una sola linea per prenotare le visite di neuropsichiatria infantile ed è per questo motivo che non si riesce mai a trovare il telefono libero. Ho incontrato persone gentili, umane e soprattutto empatiche! Grazie veramente di cuore!!
