Questo MATERASSINO impediva il passaggio dell'aria necessaria per la combustione. Conseguenza, la lagna bruciava malissimo facendo entrare dalle bocchette di ventilazione parecchio fumo sino a rendere la stanza piena di fumo. sono stato costretto a smontare personalmente il camino per togliere il materassino da voi consigliato per poter avere un corretto funzionamento. Semplicemente poco seri e abili a prendere in giro la gente, non si riesce mai a parlare con un responsabile si nascondono dietro a dei poveri ragazzi che rispondono al telefono. All'installazione mi hanno sporcato tutta la casa al punto che ho dovuto far imbiancare nuovamente l'anticamera. Sconsigliato. Mi spiace per Enel X che si dimostra affidabile e seria in merito alla risposta sottostante indico che alla Vostra ulteriore visita avvenuta dopo il commento, nonostante diciate di non conoscermi o quantomeno di non avermi nel Vostro data base , mi avete chiesto di modificare la recensione................cosa che non faccio perché il problema persiste... non persisto però a chiamarvi. bad.
