Non sapevo cosa scegliere tra caldaia a gas che avrebbe comportato la rottura del pavimento per collegare tutti i caloriferi oppure un impianto di pompe di calore. Ho contattato un paio di installatori, uno per ciascuna tipologia, ma prospettavano cose impossibili. Una amica mi ha segnalato Testa Roberto (Digital Impianti ) che dopo averlo interpellato é prontamente venuto a fare un sopralluogo e mi ha fatto una proposta concreta, fattibile e più che soddisfacente sia sotto l'aspetto tecnico che economico. Inoltre mi ha aiutato nelle pratiche fiscali per la relativa deduzione. L'installazione é avvenuta nel settembre 2013 e annualmente, essendo un impianto che supera i 3 kg di refrigerante R410A, necessita la verifica, la compilazione di una scheda e la segnalazione all'ISPRA. Roberto sono ormai 4 anni che interviene, verifica (sino ad ora tutto OK ) compila ed effettua le segnalazioni. Senza contare che é una brava persona, educata ed onesta. MORALE : mi sento un cliente coccolato. Sono stato fortunato ed ho trovato la persona giusta. I had to switch from oil-fired central heating to autonomous heating. It also helped me in the tax practices for the related deduction. The installation took place in September 2013 and annually, being a system that exceeds 3 kg of R410A refrigerant, it requires verification, compilation of a form and reporting to ISPRA. Roberto has been intervening for 4 years, verifies (so far all OK) fills in and reports. Not to mention that he is a good person, educated and honest. MORAL: I feel like a pampered customer. I was lucky and found the right person.

Inoltre, sono sempre disponibili e puntuali per la manutenzione. Ho trovato i loro prezzi convenienti e, nel mio caso, si sono rivelati anche più bassi di quelli di altre società contattate. A distanza di 6 anni l'impianto va alla grande e non ha richiesto nessun intervento, se non l'ordinaria manutenzione una volta all'anno. Assolutamente consigliati! I relied on Digital for my air conditioning system. Professionalism and competence distinguish Roberto and his collaborators. Furthermore, they are always available and punctual for maintenance. I found their prices affordable and, in my case, they turned out to be even lower than those of other companies contacted. After 6 years, the system is in great shape and did not require any intervention, except for the ordinary maintenance once a year. Absolutely recommended!

Lavoro fatto a regola d'arte, hanno risolto i problemi di scarico condensa e hanno anche pulito tutto. Congratulations to the guys from Digital Impianti! Mi sono rivolto a loro in seguito a alcune ricerche on line e basandomi sulle review di google e dalla affidabilità del sito. Il primo contatto è stato telefonico e Alessandra è stata molto disponibile nell'ascoltare e guidarmi verso la soluzione che meglio si adattasse alle mie richieste. Sono stati molto efficienti, non c'è stato bisogno nemmeno di un sopraluogo preliminare. Dal primo contatto al giorno dell'installazione sono passate solo due settimane (contattati in giugno, se mi fossi attivato prima credo che i tempi di attesa sarebbero stati inferiori). The first contact was by phone and Alessandra was very helpful in listening and guiding me towards the solution that best suited my requests. They were very efficient, there was no need for a preliminary inspection. From the first contact to the day of the installation only two weeks have passed (contacted in June, if I had activated before I think the waiting times would have been shorter). In just over two hours Roberto and his colleague installed the system, a Dual Daikin. Excellent service.
