★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family owned restaurant closed to the center of Florence, The cervice it's fantastic and the food it's authentic with a touch of modern from the young chef. The only thing that can be stressful it's find where to park, I suggest to take a bus ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is a pure work of art and incredibly beautiful to look at. However, we were expecting more after all the praise and michelin-looking food puctures over this restaurant.
The flavours and textures were the same pretty much through the whole dishes that we got. Lots of passion behind the aesthetic of the food presentation, that flavour seemed to have fallen by the wayside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were gifted the Unconventional Experience of 5 plates each and we ordered a bottle of Riesling, some water, and two coffees to complete the meal. We had so much fun guessing the flavors and ingredients of each plate, and they were all delicious! I felt satisfied at the end, although the dishes are rather small ‘tastings’, I was full, but probably mostly with dessert! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and entertaining. He really made our experience enjoyable. There’s nothing like this in Florence and I definitely recommend it as a gift, or as something to do out of the ordinary. They’ve got it almost perfect, although it could use a few tweaks in execution and atmosphere/service. It’s not a cheap night, for us the total was 213€, but for the extravagant preparation and overall experience, we thought it was a fair price.
