★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approssimativi e pessimi nello svolgimento del servizio, disonesti con se stessi e gli altri perché semplicemente non gliene importa nulla del cittadino e quindi di svolgere il proprio dovere fino all'ultimo sennò non sarebbe così questa sede. Non mandano avanti le pratiche o non vengono gestite o vengono gestite male. Rimane tutto in stallo. Non lavorano, se ne fregano e non si impegnano questi disgraziati scalda poltrona e sono pure maleducati oltretutto! Sarebbero da denuncia, non si meritano di lavorare lì. E' vergognosa una cosa del genere, in generale per chi non esercita il proprio lavoro con correttezza, ma da una sede INPS che è l'istituto che dovrebbe garantire la previdenza del cittadino, è inaccettabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più passa il tempo più la qualità del servizio erogato in questa sede peggiora. Ogni volta è una scusa per non erogare il servizio richiesto e rimandare il cittadino a chiamare il numero verde o a servirsi del sito internet. Ho chiesto chiarimenti su un estratto conto previdenziale e sono stato rimandato ad altra sede con la scusa che bisogna chiederlo alla sede inps di competenza della sede della società e non quella di residenza del lavoratore. Dovevo anche consegnare della documentazione per un'altra pratica, ma mi è stato risposto che essendo a suo tempo la pratica di competenza della sede di Ostia, mi sarei dovuto recare a Ostia o farla online. In questa sede la buffonaggine e la cialtronaggine arrivano ai massimi livelli. Tutti i lavoratori sono una sequela di raccomandati che rubano stipendio e soldi pubblici ogni giorno della loro vita lavorativa. Per quanto mi riguarda bisognerebbe licenziarli tutti a partire dai dirigenti e interdirli per sempre dai pubblici uffici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo luogo, come pessimo il fatto che non esista un elimina code dell'INPS ma bisogna fare i FOGLIETTI per capire chi è arrivato per primo. Ridicolo, con tempi di attesa lunghi. Ti fanno stare in piedi per ore FUORI perché si può entrare nell'accettazione solo alla spicciolata. Ma può considerarsi ufficio pubblico? Il peggio lo raggiungono lavorando solo la mattina. Un lavoratore deve prendersi un giorno di permesso per andare da loro e sentirsi poi dire, più volte successo al sottoscritto, "oggi l'ufficio che le serve è chiuso".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi é capitato varie volte purtroppo di venire in questo ufficio per la disoccupazione.
La mattina c è un po di casino all' entrata come è normale che sia ma ci sono due ragazze gentilissime in divisa che gestiscono la situazione nonostante i cafoni che strillano per qualsiasi cosa.allo sportello le persone sono gentili e competenti e per i pagamenti non ho mai avuto problemi.per quanto mi riguarda posso solo dare un giudizio positivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza drammatica.L'orario di ricevimento e,' dalle 8 e 30 alle 12 e 30 ma solo i primi 30 fortunati possono entrare.Nel caso si riesca ad avere uno dei primi numeri bisogna aspettare fuori al freddo almeno un' ora.L' ufficio apre con calma con almeno mezzo ora di ritardo.Insomma circa un' ora e mezzo per consegnare 3 documenti che l' Inps gia' possedeva Impiegati poco cortesi e disattenti.Mi piacerebbe parlare con la direttrice della sede che dovrebbe vergognarsi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio domanda di maternità flessibile telefonicamente, dopo 20 giorni la domanda risulta rifiutata per mancanza di documentazione, inviata invece tramite PEC e raccomandata ( della quale ho ricevuta di ritorno). Chiamo il call center che invia una segnalazione alla sede di competenza, e l'unica cosa che posso fare è aspettare che mi richiamino perché non ricevono in sede e nemmeno è possibile contattare telefonicamente l'addetto alla mia pratica. Complimenti, se potessi dare zero lo farei, vediamo se non dovrò fare denunce. Aggiornerò la recensione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si svegliano il 7 gennaio che vogliono la dichiarazione dei redditi, scrivono la letteta e la tengono OLTRE UN MESE all inps fino al 12 febraio, spedita il 12 e arrivata ieri VENERDI 25 FEBRAIO, minacciano di revocare a una persona senza la parte sinistra del corpo funzionante e invalida al 100% la pensione di invalidità se entro LUNEDÍ 28 FEBRAIO non ricevono suddetta dichiarazione, centranilista inps mi invita di SABATO E DOMENICA unici giorni disponibili dall arrivo della lettera alla scadenza della richiesta ad andare a un inesistente caf aperto sabato e domenica per svolgere questa pratica. Mi domando come voi e i vostri disgustosi amici di poste italiane vi guardate allo specchio percependo uno stipendio svolgendo un servizio indegno anche per il terzo mondo giocando con la vita della gente. Nel medioevo i carri di bestiame portavano comunicazioni piú efficentemente di voi. Vergognatevi
