M	Max M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La segreteria automatica non capisce una fava, dopo 3 tentativi non capisce nemmeno l'italiano, poi ti chiede dei codici di cui non ci si capisce nulla, dove andrebbero presi e perchè complicare così ad cazzum una telefonata informativa nel 2021? Alla fine ci si deve recare in un ufficio per parlare con qualcuno ? The automatic answering machine does not understand a stone, after 3 attempts it does not even understand Italian, then it asks you for the codes of which you do not understand anything, where they should be taken and why ad cazzum complicate an information call in 2021? Eventually you have to go to an office to talk to someone ?
P	Pietro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamenti solo su prenotazione ma via telefono a me non prendeva correttamente il nome dunque presso gli uffici mi hanno consigliato di scaricare l’app INPS mobile e di effettuare da li la prenotazione, allego il documento con la procedura. Consiglio a tutti di usare l’app, è più semplice Appointments by reservation only but by phone I did not get my name correctly, so at the offices they advised me to download the INPS mobile app and make the reservation from there, I am attaching the document with the procedure. I recommend everyone to use the app, it's simpler
