Mi ha chiesto cosa dovessi fare e mi ha spiegato che mi avrebbe dato la precedenza in quanto mio diritto. Mi ha fatto compilare i fogli in sala di attesa per ciò che mi serviva e, appena completato, mi ha fatto accomodare allo sportello numero uno dove un'altra incantevole persona ha gestito la mia richiesta in 4 minuti. Ottimo lavoro, per me e senza mancare di rispetto a chi era in fila facendomi fare metà della pratica in sala d'attesa. OTTIMO OTTIMO OTTIMO, credetemi, queste, che dovrebbero essere normali procedure non lo sono purtroppo, quindi é la sensibilità di chi ci lavora a fare la differenza i questi luoghi. grazie. He made me fill out the papers in the waiting room for what I needed and, as soon as it was completed, he took me to the number one desk where another lovely person handled my request in 4 minutes. Great job, for me and without disrespecting those in line making me do half the practice in the waiting room. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT, believe me, these, which should be normal procedures are unfortunately not, so it is the sensitivity of those who work there to make a difference these places. thank you.

Sono andata per chiedere una informazione. Mi ha ricevuta un uomo basso,stempiato,capelli corti,scortese,villano, senza tesserino di identità (poi mi sono informata sul suo nome),che nel darmi delle risposte ha iniziato ad alzare il tono di voce ad urlare in modo smisurato che solo un villano maleducato può fare. Ho sentito anche urlare mentre ero fuori in attesa,quindi vuol dire che questi comportamenti sono usuali. Io farò un esposto alla direzione dell'INPS. Ma è possibile che in un ufficio pubblico ci sia questa tipologia di impiegati? Possibile che nessuno spieghi a questa gente che loro sono lì perché noi paghiamo le tasse per andarli poi a "disturbare"? Possibile che l'educazione sia qualcosa così difficile da conoscere? Credo sia una vera vergogna per l'INPS di Nereto. Quindi andateci preparati e denunciate queste gratuite violenze verbali! I put 1 star because I can't put less 10.
