Gentilezza del personale....unica nota stonata....per chi arriva prima dell'apertura non esiste una sala d'attesa ..bisogna stare in piedi o seduti sulle scale ....molto sgradevole specie d'inverno col freddo

Kindness of the staff .... only discordant note .... for those arriving before the opening there is no waiting room .. you can stand or sit on the stairs .... very unpleasant especially in winter with the cold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è piaciuto, perché visti gli orari limitati, c'è sempre la ressa,ed il personale, anche se gentilissimo, non è abilitato a molte pratiche. Quindi, aspetti un'ora per poi uscire a mani vuote... Il personale ci tengo a sottolineare, è gentilissimo.
I did not like it, because given the limited hours, there is always a crowd, and the staff, even if very kind, is not qualified for many practices. So, wait an hour and then go out empty-handed ... The staff I want to emphasize, is very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto deludente, frettolosi e in alcuni casi apparentemente scortesi (anche fra loro). Decisamente male come servizio pubblico. Non vengono riconosciuti i diritti ai portatori di Handicap (PS: SIAMO ALL'IMPS... VERGOGATEVI)
Very disappointing, hasty and in some cases apparently rude (even among them). Definitely bad as a public service. Handicap holders' rights are not recognized (PS: WE ARE AT THE IMPS ... VERGOGATEVI)
