Una decina di minuti prima dell'ora fissata ho ricevuto una chiamata da parte Inps per verifica che stavo arrivando. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e francamente sorpreso dalla cortesia della funzionaria. Spero che sia veramente il nuovo modo di comportamento dell'Inps. Access by appointment. I made an appointment on the Inps website. About ten minutes before the scheduled time I received a call from Inps to verify that I was arriving. I was very satisfied and frankly surprised by the courtesy of the official. I hope it is truly the new way of behaving INPS.
