★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!!! Ero li dalle 08.10 sono stato il primo a prendere il biglietto sono passato ma mi ha rimandato alla coop per delle fotocopie che
mancavano dicendomi che dopo mi avrebbe fatto passare, bene fatto tutto sono ripassato e mi ha detto che gli ho fatto perdere 5 minuti!! Assurdo!! Grazie a loro cmq io adesso sono senza disoccupazione perché mi hanno sbagliato l IBAN e devo rifare tutto ma quando mi ha detto dei 5 minuti non ci credevo scocciato ho preso e me ne sono andato senza parole. Siamo cittadini italiani non delle merde vergogna!!! PS.La guardia giurata se ne sta su Facebook SCHIFO!!

they were missing telling me that afterwards he would let me pass, well done everything I went over and he said that I made him lose 5 minutes !! Absurd!! Thanks to them anyway I am now unemployed because I was wrong with the IBAN and I have to do it all again but when he told me about the 5 minutes I didn't think he was annoyed I took it and I left without words. We are Italian citizens not of shit shame !!! PS The security guard is on Facebook SUCKS !!

Il centralino generale Inps, invece, ti fa stare in attesa 15 minuti dicendoti che gli operatori sono al momento non disponibili e di aspettare che qualcuno si liberi e poi ad un tratto ti dice e non c'è nessuno e cade la linea. Questo da settimane, a qualsiasi orario, in qualsiasi giorno.

The general INPS switchboard, on the other hand, makes you wait 15 minutes telling you that the operators are currently unavailable and waiting for someone to get free and then suddenly he tells you and there is no one and the line falls. This for weeks, at any time, on any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché 0 non si può...ho richiesto tramite app dei documenti tramite appuntamento,mi contattano qualche giorno prima per chiedere nello specifico quale fosse la mia richiesta e ho dato loro tutte le informazioni richieste....mi presento il giorno dell'appuntamento suono il campanello e si presenta un uomo in divisa che mi consegna una lettera con tutto ciò richiesto da me...ma io avevo assolutamente bisogno di parlare con un impiegato ma è impossibile...non si può comunque consulto questi documenti e cosa trovo insieme ? Documenti di un'altra persona con tutti i suoi dati sensibili...torno su risuono per un bel po' e mi riapre l'ometto in divisa e faccio a tutti i miei complimenti oltre al danno la beffa...ma nessuno dall'alto controlla l'operato di queste persone? Ma d'altronde signori miei siamo in Italia...evviva

I show up on the day I ring the bell for the appointment and a man in uniform shows up and hands me a letter with everything requested by me ... but I absolutely needed to speak to an employee but it's impossible ... you can't consult these documents anyway and what do I find together? Documents of another person with all his sensitive data ... I go back up resonate for quite a while and the little man in uniform reopens me and I give all my compliments in addition to insulting ... but no one from ' high controls the work of these people? But on the other hand, my gentlemen, we are in Italy ... cheers
